AIS MOB from GME

The MO520 is compact and lightweight, offering a 5-year battery life with an integrated GPS receiver and IP68 Ingress Protection. The MOB can be automatically, or manual activated. Once activated, the MOB transmits an AIS emergency rescue message which contains the position of the device. This message can be translated and placed on a chart plotter map allowing rescuers to locate the beacon. The message is transmitted every minute for a minimum of 48 hours. The MO520 also features high intensity LEDs that flashes “SOS” in morse code every minute once activated.
